As part of the launch of their upcoming product, Prem Tech Lab gave me the opportunity to create their future brand identity from the ground up from the logo to the naming, including the visual guidelines.
Nexifeel is a combination of nexus (the convergence of several entities or elements towards a specific point, forming a connection), the word feel (to sense/experience), and the letter “i” (often used to symbolize various concepts, mainly related to technology and innovation).
This combination conveys the idea of a strengthened connection between the owner and their pet through technology.
The logo is built on the fusion of several custom icons, aligning the future brand with its values and activities. First, two “hand” icons, both open and facing upward, symbolize concepts such as sharing, protection, and interaction. Next, the “paw” icon represents the pet sector.
Thirdly, the “location” icon can be interpreted as a pin, emphasizing ideas of tracking, safety, and connectivity between the owner and their pet. As it is often associated with the technology sector, the use of this icon bridges the brand’s two main fields of activity.
Finally, the emblem is designed with a dual meaning, as it also takes the shape of an animal’s nose, evoking both the “animal” aspect and the brand name (feel = to sense/experience).
